Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Retly. By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Retly on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Retly offers Free, Plus and Pro tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Acceptable use

Use Retly only for lawful purposes and only for documents you have the right to store. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App.

Not professional advice

Retly is a tool to organize documents and produce summaries and reports. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. AI-extracted fields and generated reports may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them or submitting them to any authority or accountant.

Your content

You own your documents. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (e.g. via iCloud or export). We are not liable for any loss of data.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including accuracy of OCR/AI extraction or report contents.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any tax/financial consequences arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
